KST Data, Inc. (also referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”) understands the importance of protecting your personal information. This Notice of Right to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information (“Notice”) describes how you may limit our use of your personal information and how to exercise that right when you use our website, mobile or tablet applications, or other services we provide (collectively, the “Platform”).

- In connection with relegations with the goal of strengthening consumer privacy put in place by us.
Sensitive personal information is defined as personal information that reveals:
- Your social security, driver’s license, state identification card and/or passport number;
- Your account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account;
- Your precise geolocation;
- Your racial or ethnic origin. religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership;
- The contents of your mail, email and text messages, unless we are the intended recipient of the communication;
- Your genetic data;
- The processing of biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer;
- Personal information collected and analyzed concerning your health; or
- Personal information collected and analyzed concerning your sex life or sexual orientation.
